We can get your house looking spotless and brand new in 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Doing it yourself, on the other hand, will naturally take much longer. If you do decide to outsource the task, take note that another 15 to 30 minutes is needed for setting up and packing up.

Typically 60-90 days. The main reason to wait is so that efflorescence can work its way to the surface and be cleaned off. The more the concrete get wet, the quicker this happens. For this reason, the amount of time to wait may vary depending on what time of the year it is.

Generally, “soft washing” relies mostly upon chemical cleaning agents to clean a surface, while “power washing” relies more heavily upon water pressure. Neither method is suitable for every situation.
